Additional Income Tab:

 

 

In this section you can assign additional income templates. PayMaster  already includes seven preconfigured additional incomes. You can add more templates for your company under the "Setup" > "Company" > "Additional Incomes" screen previously. In this section, you can further edit the additional income on the employee level.

To add an additional income, from the    drop down, select an additional income (ex. Incentive Bonus). Then click on  . Next, with the "Incentive Bonus" highlighted, modify the income as applicable. Make sure "A" for active is selected under "Is this Addl Inc Active?"  PayMaster  Hospitality  templates are preconfigured with the most common attributes for that particular additional income. For information on Box 12 codes and other choices, see the appendix. To save modifications click on  . To delete an additional income, just right click the selection and select "delete" Once an addition income is paid out, you can no longer delete it from the setup. Inactivate the income if it will not be used for each payroll. See the section titled Setup/Company/Additional Incomes for more details.
