This section is to add "Other Taxes" not covered elsewhere..
To date, this affects NY, HI, PA and CA, generally for SDI. (State Disability
Insurance). Make sure that whichever tax you select, that 
is checked off. Again, if you
need to delete a tax, just right click the tax and select delete tax.
