Transfer to other Division:

   This option will transfer the employee to another division(s). The employee will show in both divisions once this is done. Please do not create a new employee when moving an employee from one division to the next. Using the transfer allows the maximum amounts for OASDI, Medicare and SDI, and federal and state unemployment amounts to be calculated correctly. You can get one W2 for that employee. Again, PayMaster Hospitality does not create a new employee when an employee crosses divisions. The transfer allows the program to check maximums for FUTA and SUTA and OASDI yearly totals.
